Multiple Facilities Per User

Now users can belong to multiple facilities. No more email aliases, and multiple accounts per user. Now you can switch between hospitals from your single user account.
How does it work?
First, a user must already be an active user at a hospital. Then, they can be invited like a new user - by an admin at the new hospital.
The user must sign in to accept this invite. Once accepted, the user will be added to the facility's team.
Switch between hospitals using the drop down arrow on the front page. Notifications will carry over from your first hospital, and can be managed per hospital.
